Shave the "Brown Beards"

This year past year seemed to come and go quicker than ever. I have grown so much. So has everyone else. Throughout the year we all did something new, we grew beards for everyone to see.

For everyone the of 2010 was full of change. Although it is still hard, I have come to realize that change is not a bad thing, but an opportunity in disguise. A chance to learn, grow, and thrive. A chance to meet new people and touch more lives. And to be touched by so many others.

This year was full of joy and tears. We made friends and sadly lost some too. We found out more about ourselves and seemed to have found even more ways to become better.


Now the holidays are over. We have had to "shave." It is time to start a new year with a clean face. I am not sure what kind of beard I want to grow this year or what the year will bring. But the aftershave is clean and refreshing. It's time to embrace a new year full of new opportunities and . . . new beards.
